Return/Exchange policies
If the product is broken or damaged upon receipt we ask that you take pictures of the damaged product and reach out to us. We may send send parts to fix the lightsaber as long as the damage is not extensive.

If you experience issues with operating features of the lightsaber we will assist you as most issues are fixable.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.

 

Restocking and freight charges may be incurred depending on the freight cost to return the product.

Any modifications made to the lightsabers will VOID the warranty.

If we authorize a return and it is determined that any issues are due to personal use no refund will be issued.
